In an age where I feel customer service is truly dying, I felt compelled to write to you as my whole experience was so incredible, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone else relocating abroad.

A HUGE THANK YOU to you and your team for your prompt and efficient service and delivery of my items to Zagreb. It was good that it arrived a couple days before me, as it saved time with Croatian Customs and I was able to pick the boxes up upon landing.

When we contacted your local office in UK they found a solution that no one else can provide. Thank you. I will recommend the World Baggage Network to friends and family.

WBN offered quality services despite the ongoing situation with the global pandemic. They were transparent in every step and communicated clearly when required. The team was always there to attend to any queries or concerns.
