Under the <a href=\"https:\/\/skift.com\/2021\/05\/07\/how-the-uks-reveal-of-12-green-light-safe-travel-countries-will-drive-bookings-just-not-to-u-s\/\">final stage of a plan outlined by Johnson in February<\/a>, he had hoped to lift most social restrictions on June 21, meaning that\u00a0 pubs, restaurants, nightclubs and other hospitality venues could fully reopen.
